● Provide guidance on digital advice process flow, digital requirements and development prioritization
● Advice process: Track, maintain, develop and sign-off specifications (Agile)

● Support myPractice software development and maintenance
● Support Technical advisory support team with delivery on strategic projects in financial planning (e.g Single Needs project)

● Strategy: Assist with the development and testing of myPractice & myPSG investment funds / equities / products related work
● Technical and operational support to advisers/ Technical advisory support to colleagues/regional teams on advice process system related queries/issues

● Technical Advisory: Maintain myPractice & myPSG investment funds / equities / products systems and reports (PFR, Funds module, Fund and Product allocations, AP proposal, Investment assumptions, Historical asset class returns, Return calculations, etc)

● Technical Advisory: Assist with Large Case approvals (specifically investment proposals). Develop guidelines/template for "model" case
● Upskilling and provision of training material for financial advisers on digital advice solutions
● Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate engagement sessions between internal and/or external stakeholders
● Strategy: Assist with the development and testing of financial planning and support tools
● Keep track on team projects to meet deadlines and providing support in moving them across the line

● Coordinate request log for enhancements with developers and myPractice support
● Technical Advisory: Performance reporting in myPractice (Product providers and client-level)
● Technical Advisory: Advise myPractice data team on queries e.g. financial planning , fund mapping, asset allocations, fund factsheets, Marketing etc
● Technical Advisory: Take ownership and drive deliverables to completion

●Continuous interactions with IT, developers and data teams

● Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate engagement sessions between internal and/or external stakeholders

● Technical advisory: Provide timeous and accurate support to Technical advisory support, Distribution and other PSG stakeholders
