  • Reconciling Assets and Liabilities: Identifying, investigating, and compiling a resolution table for the recon differences between Manco (Management companies) vs TAU (internal system) to ensure that all Transfer Ins, Transfer Outs, Sells, Switch Ins, Switch Outs as well as Buy differences are identified, investigated, and processed daily
  • Reporting on Assets and Liabilities: Compilation, completion and submission of weekly and monthly reports on Assets and Liabilities under administration as per weekly and monthly SLA
  • Allocation of interest earned of Equities and Money Market instruments to clients: Effectively processing clients' interest earned on their investments within SLA after month end ensuring no operational losses
  • Financial Operations Variance investigations: Investigating all the Trading Counter Party transactions differences (Investigations, corrections and escalations where necessary)
  • Global Operations: Triggering Phase in switches / Recurring premiums / Recurring withdrawals and sending Annuity Auto review reports and Failed Recurring reports to client services
  • Releasing Payments and Collections: Effective releasing of recurring withdrawals, recurring premiums, bulk fee payments, ad hoc payments and annuity payments on Bank as per daily admin calendar
