Deliver effective and engaging webinars to 3rd year B.Com Entrepreneurship students and assist their assimilation of content in the distance education mode of delivery.

• Conduct lectures at undergraduate level in Financial Management, Marketing, Business Management and Entrepreneurship in line with the university course outline to ensure a throughput rate of 85% for 1st year
• Assess and give feedback to students within the stipulated turnaround period of 4 days on formative assessments and 8 days for summative assessments.

• Develop Teaching and learning Culture through induction programmes for new lecturing staff through Lecture forums, Faculty meetings and Development workshops
• Lecturing Business Management and Entrepreneurship undergraduate level and surpassed the institution's historical throughput of 64% by 10%.
• Analyse performance of lecturers through the evaluation of all teaching and learning activities on campus
• Manage all Teaching and Learning disputes and complaints referred by Programme Coordinators and Independent lecturers
• Develop and implement an IT strategy amongst lecturers, including the development of Electronic portfolios of evidence for all lecturers and appropriate use of electronic visual aids

• Conduct lectures at Diploma level in Financial Management, Statistics, Business Management and Entrepreneurship
• Conduct tutorial lessons with IMM students in Financial Management and Statistics
• Provide academic support and development to students
• Assist with course material development for business management
• Prepare hand-outs to guide students in lectures to enhance their learning experience
• Marking of assignments and providing feedback within the stipulated 5 days of having collected them for marking

• Conduct lectures at undergraduate level in Entrepreneurship and Community.
