  • Organize, coordinate and participate in the monthly stock count and assets verification projects annually.
  • Prepare periodic reports and assets reconciliations reports and submission to senior manager.
  • Managing of damaged, obsolete, and redundant stock and movable assets as well as disposals through the appointed asset disposal committee.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date asset register (tagging or labelling assets, update assets register with new acquisitions and disposals and managing all asset movement which include issuing inventory lists to end users.
  • Lease management for all machineries in the institution including payments, repairs, maintenance and monthly reporting on the leased machines and updating the lease register regularly.
  • Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory management policies, systems, and procedures.
