- Assist in ensuring that all records are properly maintained by capturing all annexures received on database or excel spreadsheet
- Capture all annexures on PERSAL using function
- Opening new volume individuals EPMDS file and close old ones
- File all files on lockable, clearly labelled cabinets
ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
- To maintain an efficient and effective filling system
- Taking phone calls and conveying messages
- Opening new files for employees
- Taking queries from clients
- Photocopying and emailing
HUMAN RESOURCE REGISTRY
- Maintain staff files and information
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Answering the telephone
- Photocopying and filling of documents
- Ensuring that all files that are more than 3cm thick are closed and new volumes are opened
- Managing the files, arranging files, tracing and maintain files
- Drawing files from cabinet that are requested, keeping the records, Receiving and distribution of documents
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
