  • Compiling and sending weekly and montlhy reports to the Manager, on individual and EDC performance
  • Communicate unpaid debit orders to the EDC, or engage debtors directly where necessary regarding unpaid debit orders
  • Escalating missing and duplicate payments to the Loan Book unit for allocation or correction
  • Engage debtors after identifying unallocated funds in the suspense account, in order to be allocated to their accounts
  • Monitor unpaid debit orders, and reinstate once the correct banking details have been confirmed by a debtor
  • Investigating and resolving queries of discrepancies, received directly from debtors or internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete all tasks related to the investigation and correction of Recoveries data provided by the Manager
  • Manage and maintain statement requests received from allocated EDC, within agreed Service Levels
  • Quality asses debtor statements before they are communicated with the EDC or debtors
  • Receive refund queries and escalate to the Refunds department for authorization and payment
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors to ensure optimal recoveries
  • Escalate write-offs to the Manager
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks to improve Recoveries targets and strategies

  • Updating the Creditors invoice tracker
  • Sending billed invoices to end-users to be signed by the Executives
  • Ensuring the Purchase Order amount available will cover outstanding invoices
  • Loading approved invoices on ACCPAC and preparing them for payment on FNB
  • Compile all documents to be checked by the Team Leader
  • Accurate filing of documents for individual Suppliers
