I am a professional with over 10 years’ experience in Financial Services. I have worked within “Standard bank” namely Retail and Personal Banking (PBB)and Business commercial banking(BCB). I have a strong background in sales and Customer Service. My expertise is in the field of human resource management, administration, and finance. I set high but achievable standards where I can use my experience, abilities, and knowledge.
I am a team player, action oriented, self-motivated and hard-working person, who possesses a high level of integrity. Through experience I have learned how to analyze and solve problems, with an emphasis on being thorough yet practical when generating solutions. I have good planning and organizational skills and I thrive on new challenges.
I am also innovative and an initiator with a proven ability to not only adapt well to change, but to add value to the organization through change management. I have a proven ability to build interpersonal relationships with other divisions and sections to ensure a more adaptable working environment.
