Change Management
· Responsible for ensuring that identified projects are supported with appropriate change management practices, with emphasis on the people aspects.
· I work in conjunction with project managers, analysts and other resources deployed on change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes which meet business expectations.
· Develop structures and methodologies to support successful change adoption, and ensure that, alongside project management methodologies, these are clearly deployed within the school.
· Assist and manage change communication efforts.
· Participate in change impact analysis to understand the effect of change on people and structure.
· Ensure stakeholder relationships are maintained, either directly or via other resources (e.g. the CIO, sponsor etc.).
Training
· Responsible for providing the training of GIBS technical skills of GIBS. Specifically, this includes all “hard” training on processes and systems – i.e. “how do I do my job?”
· Develop and maintain all training material required to achieve these outcomes.
· Delivery of face to face and online training to staff.
· Working with IT and HCD, identifying opportunities to improve the technical skills levels in the school and developing courses or material to do this.
· Identifying and developing self-help mechanisms to improve on-the-job skills with systems, e.g. developing micro-learning or FAQs for staff to find in their own time.
· Recording and feeding of raised system issues to the system teams to ensure continuous improvement, such as bugs, aesthetic or usability problems, and even new opportunities.
· Aligning training to the HCD L&D compliance requirements and recording and reporting as required by HCD policy.

• Coordinate and process all examination scripts, syndicate assignments and individual assignments reviewed for Assurance of Learning purposes
