Malibongwe Magalela

I started working in the Hospitality trade before I ventured into banking. I have spent the last three years working in Insurance. I started off in the Personal Lines Department as an Underwriter and Claims Handler for the book I was handling. Our brokerage is currently partnered with the following insurance companies: Santam, Western National, OMI, Discovery, Renasa, BryteSA, Hollard, ONE, A&G, SHA, ITOO, Leppard, MUA, Landmark, and Gaurdrisk. I also have extensive training on the following systems: Santam, TIAL, NIMBIS, FSP, Discovery Broker portal, OMI broker portal and ROC.

I am an efficient worker with great communicational skills in 4 different languages.

I currently play 8 ball pool for the Western Cape Pool Union and I have represented my union on a number of occasions at the South African National Championships.
