I’m currently an Acting Executive Manager: Post Investment Monitoring Workout and Restructuring at Small Enterprise Finance Agency (sefa). I have 22 years of working experience, 20 years in the banking and development finance industry. I am analytical, attentive to detail, and a leader. Under my leadership, I have transitioned the Post Investment Division to focus on sectoral based monitoring, developed a risk grading model to prioritised the monitoring activities according to risk, developed a balance tracking model to address the rolling of the book between ECL stages. Through my experience in lending and credit, have designed and implemented new templates for ease of monitoring, reporting, and for workout and restructuring transactions.
My academic qualifications include an Mphill (Financial Management (Topic: AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CHALLENGES EXPERIENCED BY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN ACCESSING FINANCING IN SOUTH AFRICA). I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance and a BComm (Risk Management) degree.
