A mother of three that studied Public Management and Governance and graduated in 2019. Year 2020 was enrolled for learnership with Hollard for the NQF4 for the long-term Insurance through Harambee. Was then placed in Direct operations department and assisting with Retentions and customer service. In June 2022 resumed taking inbound calls to date and have also assisted with capturing claim (funeral).
A day I used to get to close 50 to 80 workflows, calling client's and assisting with their queries.
With the capacity of consultants at the front office a day 30 calls I manage, and I am capable of taking even more.
