Siphosethu Kopolo

I am a proactive, resourceful individual who, from my background, does much problem-solving and collaborates. Growing up, I learned practical skills by assisting my father in fixing cars, where I often introduced more efficient ways of doing things to improve our results. This hands-on experience prepared me for my speedy identification of solutions and adaptation to challenges.

It was throughout this academic journey that I pursued a course in Human Resources Management, which taught me the skills of communication, problem-solving, and management. I learned to do assignments before their deadlines and to take the lead in group projects. I pride myself on always contributing ideas first and ensuring that the set tasks are completed efficiently. I am always ready to go out of my way-even taking extra work to support my teammates-while giving credit to others for their work.

My management style has the right mix of self-sufficiency and teamwork; I do work well where I can have substantial impacts through individual efforts and successes of teams.
