  • Designed a research tool for the eThekwini Municipality, to measure internal service quality perceptions and expectations.
  • Suggested ways in which the eThekwini Municipality Sizakala Centres could improve their service delivery by outlining how they can improve internal service quality.

Research Interests

My research interests lie at the nexus of understanding how internal service quality perceptions and expectations influence ‘moments of truth’ and service delivery within local government. In this space, I am deeply committed to the promotion of critical thinking and systems thinking in policy implementation, to uncover the underlying motivations behind policy decisions in order to enhance service delivery. By integrating the ethical dimensions of public service, I aim Through my research, to contribute to the realisation of the SDGs and the provision of excellent, equitable, and accountable public services.
