• Ensure adherence to Scheme Rules on all Hospital Authorisations and clinical updates
• Effective handling of Internal/External Clinical Queries Communicate with members and service providers to address hospital utilisation matters.

• Providing high standards of customer care, Accurate compounding, Ordering, Pre-packing, and Providing healthcare advice.

• Delivering world class service to Discovery members, Health providers, Hospitals and Brokers by supporting and resolving queries telephonically
• Effectively managing the risk of in-hospital admissions using clinical knowledge and providing accurate information regarding the scheme’s funding.

• Dealing with telephonic and email queries from MedXpress members
• Placing prescription orders, educating on ordering channels and providing healthcare advice
• Maintaining Service Level Agreement.

Dispensing of medication. Perform administration duties. Provide Front shop service. Assist with stock control.
