• Compiling and updating of comprehensive plant inventory (asset register) of all items of plant and equipment, containing information required and used by the planning and engineering departments for setting up and running a Computerized Planned Maintenance System
• Establish, maintain, and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling process
• Plan and Schedule maintenance work considering the production plan
• Maintaining and updating accurate and relevant machine history records for the purpose of highlighting re-occurrences, evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance schedules and the over maintaining and under maintaining of equipment
• Collaborate with maintenance supervision to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes
• Ability to develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
• Implement innovative ideas and drive the MOC projects
• Asset in delay reporting and the solutions which are put in place.

Completion of In-service logbook.

Assisting the foreman's/supervisors during the toolbox talk meetings and site meetings.

Assisting the Engineering Service Department with planning maintenance work.
