Omphemetse Kutlwano Mokoka

I am a final-year LLB student at the University of Pretoria and hold a BA Law degree from the same institution. My studies have allowed me to have broad understanding of legal principles and strengthened my ability to think critically and communicate with precision.

I have a keen interest in civil law, criminal law and insolvency law. Civil law appeals to me for the way it structures relationships and safeguards private rights, while criminal law challenges me to engage with questions of justice, accountability and the protection of society. Exploring these fields in parallel has deepened my appreciation for the law's role in balancing individual interests with the common good.

I value integrity, diligence and a genuine curiosity about how the law operates in practice. As I approach the completion of my LLB, I am eager to apply my knowledge in a professional legal environment, contribute thoughtfully, and continue developing expertise across these key areas of law.
