Through out my 14 years of service I have had to endue a lot of hardship which Included Ill treatment from my employer, having to be self trained in all the house hold duties, changing my approach to my work based on the demands that I was given, and cleaning the house whilst taking care of my employers child along with my own. I add the motherly touch to the household which can often save relationships within the family. I also allow for fluid communication between the other staff and employers in the case where a language barrier is present. in conclusion, my cleaning skills and overall communication and problem solving skills make me the go to person for any family looking to turn their house into a home.
