Summary

I have been tasked with varying responsibilities throughout my time at Auto Magneto workshop and fitment centre which has allowed me to challenge myself in learning the different skills that different positions require, it also ensured that I understand the processes of workflows throughout the business. I work well independently as well as within a team, I have good communication skills which come in handy when training new staff and facilitating conflict resolution within my team. I have experience in working with customers daily which includes any communication that needs to happen between us and the customer. I have a strong work ethic and embrace opportunities to learn new skills, I am not afraid to ask the necessary questions in order to improve my performance and learn from those who are more experienced than myself.


I have recently completed my BCom Degree in Project Management and I am currently completing my Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Business Management. Working full time while furthering my studies has taught me time management skills and has equipped me with the ability to remain focused and work under stressful circumstances.


I am eager and motivated to build my career in the project management industry and I believe I have the capabilities to do well in different circumstances and environments.
