I have acquired a National Diploma in Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition, where I have studied several facets of the science and technology related to the manufacturing and preparation of food. Over my nine years in the food sector, I have learned about food production, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP, as well as how to implement ISO 9001, BRC, SMETA, and Food Safety ISO 22000 V5. YUM! Food brands, Intertek, SABS, BRC, Control Union, and SGS are among the companies I have enlisted and scheduled audits with.
