replacement (2018 - 2019)

I coordinated in the project by signing permits to work with the

contractors, identifying hazards and briefing contractors on

what jobs do to on the site.

I also ensured all the relevant paperwork, such as blind list,

hazard identification and risk assessment, is completed correctly

before any job commences.

I would make sure the worksite is safe for the contractors

before they start any job by performing gas tests, installing

extractor fans if necessary, and lighting among other measures.

I did site visits during the course of the work to ensure

everything is still in order.

when the job is complete, I did inspections to make sure that

everything is as its supposed to be in line with P&ID and vessel

or plant specifications.

Lastly, made sure that all the paper work is signed by relevant

people before the contractor can hand back the equipment for

operation.

Decontamination 02/2020

Before we had the major 2020 Turn Around for maintenance

after all the plants were shut down, I was one of the few

selected candidates to pursue a decontamination project of all

the units with high H2S composition to make sure that all the

vessels and columns were safe to enter.

Flare Project and Fuel Gas System

(03/2020 - 03/2020)

During the 2020 Turn Around I was once again appointed to lead

on the Flare Project. The project was all about making sure all

the equipment that vent to flare in an event of pressure build

up or equipment failure were completely divorced from flare. I

had to also make sure the flare line was sweet, free of gases and

under nitrogen purge, working closely with the contractors in

coordinating this project.

SHE Representative (2019 - Present)

I was elected as a SHE Representative because of my exceptional

performance and attention to detail in the monitoring safety of

equipment and personnel, performing plant inspections, reporting and

covering any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
