• Management of South African Police Service, Crime Intelligence Division Intelligence Analysis Center(IAC) as Provincial Commander in Limpopo province
• Management of five(5) Centers/desks;

- Domestic Intelligence Center( border intelligence, domestic security, VIP security and major events

- Commercial Intelligence Center( organized ciber crime, Fraud, money laundering, internet fraud)

- Organized Crime Intelligence Center( organized violent crimes, property crimes, contact crimes)

- Narcotic Analysis Center( drugs and dependent producing substance)

- Operational Analysis Center( profiling of suspects, situation and crime alerts, coordination and liaising of information, detection and sharing of modus operandi)

• Management of all human and physical resources;

- Human resources( personnel )

- Physical resources( vehicle fleet, budget,office and all personnel inventory in line with( Public Finance Management Act-PFMA)

• Identify and compile Organized Crime Threat Analysis Reports to Provincial Head, Crime Intelligence Covert Operations, Crime intelligence Overt Operations, Organized Crime, DPCI.
• Manage the intelligence of Provincial Covert operations and Provincial Cluster Operations.
• Identify and compile Crime Threat Analysis Reports to Provincial Head, Crime prevention, Border Policing, Public Stability, PROVJOC and other stake holders, PINOC,CINOC
• Give support and training of personnel at provincial and district level.

• Overall Management of Crime Intelligence Capacity at Cluster Level (Servicing six police stations), with the following key performance areas;

Rendering of Crime Intelligence Collection within Cluster level.

Rendering of Crime Information Management service at Cluster level. - - Rendering of Crime Intelligence service at Station level.

Ensure effective Intelligence Collection network.

Generate and provide Intelligence to relevant clients.

Ensure that Cluster Network Operations (projects) are conducted to address crime priorities.

Tasks entails;

To conduct Intelligence operations.

Ensure proper management of informers and other sources.

To develop and compile profiles through operational analysis.

To generate and process communication analysis.

To generate and compile Cluster threat analysis.

Ensure compliance with the MISS document.

To develop and maintain Cluster Intelligence profiles.

Rendering of effective and efficient management of allocated budget and Supply Chain Management Service.

Ensure sound management of allocated Cluster budget (PFMA)

Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports (data integrity, performance, personnel assessments)

• Collect and provide actionable intelligence to visible policing, detectives and other specialized units
• Conduct proactive and reactive intelligence driven operations to address priority crimes.
• Conducting of surveillance, static, mobile and electronic surveillance.
• Conducting vetting investigation of personnel for security clearance.
• Management of allocated personal equipment and other physical resources.

• Investigation of reported cases( assaults, rapes, burglaries, murder, theft, fraud)
• Giving evidence at court( magistrate, regional and high court)
• Tracing and arrest of suspects and taking them to court.
• Seizure and proper handling of exhibits for evidence in court.
• Recruitment and management of informers.

• Interview of complainants/victims of crime, taking down their statements.
• Opening of cases dockets for investigation.
• Patrol duties in the station area protecting the lives and properties of the residence( crime prevention)
• Guard duties the station precinct for access control and perimeter patrol to identify potential risks.
• Guard duties for prisoners at admitted at local hospitals to prevent escapes and protect the prisoner from any harm.
• Escort prisoners to court and to hospitals for medical treatment.
• Crowd management and control in major events and riots or unrest situations.
• Enforcement of statutory laws and road traffic act.

• Tracking criminal records of offenders
• Fingerprints search and analysis.
• Filling and updating of criminal records.
• profiling of criminal records.
• Proper filling of records and fingerprints.

• Undergone basic South African Police Service training which entails the following:

- Six (6) months as an intern at Dorset police precinct. learning basic policing. Another six (6) months basic police training at Hammanskraal police college.

- Investigation of crime

- Police administration

- Handling and use of firearms( handguns, rifles both automatic and semi automatic and shotguns.
