I am a versatile Architect accomplished at designing commercial and residential structures of varying styles and purposes. Career spanning 20 years with record of sound, sustainable design that meets or exceeds LEED standards.
I am skilled in both residential new construction and remodeling projects. Experienced with high-profile clients on design of multi-million properties involving challenging site placement. Focused on green design with eye for luxury.
I am a practical and hands-on Architect, adept at successfully and effectively interacting with contractors across multiple construction sites. Excellent project management abilities demonstrated by career history of on-schedule and on-budget completed projects. Particular experience in high level Residential, Retail and Industrial projects.
In the last three years with False Bay College, I have gained valuable experience in the state sector of procurement, appointment and implementation procedures. I have worked closely with the Faculty heads, Department Managers and Training Officials to design training facilities, class rooms, work shops and administration facilities that forms part of their new College Campuses. I have also set up an operations manual for maintenance, material use and specific specifications for tender and bills of quantities for their existing campuses.
I am comfortable working in teams, as team leader or just as team member. I am also comfortable with working on my own. I am self driven, love my work and always strive to be creative and innovative in everything that I do. I value small scale projects just as much as large scale projects.
