I am a very enthusiastic person, a fast learner willing to learn, I love helping others. My aspiration it's to learn a lot and became a facilitator and give out my knowledge to others. I am currently working in first for women as a Retentions consultant, I was previously working in the Service department which it's a combination of customer care and claims department, that is where I got the experience of knowledge and understanding of Insurance, with all the knowledge I learned I believe that I can give my clients the peace of mind they need knowing that we are always there for them. When I moved to the Retention department, I saw it as a very hard challenge but with the knowledge I have I did welcome the challenge will excitement as I was assisting with reviewing policies, educating clients on the brand benefits. My work has taught me to be patient and pay attention to details, work beyond duty hours as the quote say good things comes to do's that work with perseverance.
