  • I had the opportunity to serve Tswana, Afrikaans and English speaking patients
  • Along with what's required with being the Responsible Pharmacist I had to:
  • Order medication (pharmaceutical & surgical) for the Hospital
  • Dispense to patients
  • Submit stats and meet required targets (such as prescriptions dispensed, budget, stock availability)
  • Perform Cycle Counts and stock takes for the hospitals and 2 clinics
  • Solve patient complaints
  • Attend workshops and strategic meetings
  • Form part of the PTC committee to assess adverse drug reactions and stock availability
