• Bill cash paying patients (Patients who pay cash at doctor’s rooms and Bleed rooms)
• Bill Private patients (Hospital patients who are unable to make cash payment at time of the bleed)
• Assist cash patients with statements to claim from their medical aids.
• Recon all Stat lab, Bleed room and Covid Site payments (Daily).
• Ensure cash received at head office and other sites are counted ,reconciled and banked.
• Bank statement Recon (weekly).
• Receipt Cash payments & Medical Aid patient liable accounts.
• Action Refunds, Credit Notes and Journals.

• Purchasing of fabric (Import and Local)
• Planning of timelines to ensure delivery is met on time, constantly updating this information, and communicating with the production team
• Ensuring the correct quality of fabric is selected to suit the garment (this includes obtaining approval from the buyer)
• Ensuring the correct color is maintained as per the buyer's approval (this includes working with lab dips that includes fabric swatches and pantone numbers)
• Working with sublimation printers to create buyers' vision into a print for a garment. This sometimes includes working with graphic designers with inspiration to create artwork.
• Working closely with the merchandiser, buyer, and the production team to ensure this order is complete and delivery dates are met.
• Obtaining buyers approvals (fabric, lab dips, print- during pre-production and before bulk production is run)

• Create, manage, and update the stock list
• Process sales and other business operating transactions
• Receiving and Purchasing of Stock
• Dealing with customers (including engaging in conversation about promotions)
• Arrange merchandise in an attractive fashion
• Manage and deliver sales report on a weekly and monthly basis to management
• Ensure merchandise is stored at the correct temperatures
• Ensure shelves and fridges are properly stocked
• Negotiate purchase prices with new and existing suppliers
• Ensure delivery and coordination of merchandise orders
