Working for a family business, I made sure to provide the best customer service and assistance I possibly could. As a sales representative, I focused on continuous learning, product knowledge, customer relationships, market research, and reporting, just to name a few. I offered recommendations and techniques to ensure product satisfaction for any customer or company, either on-site or in-store.

As a subcontractor, I was tasked with working as a team to complete necessary building maintenance and construction projects within and around the center of London. I would pride myself on delivering quality assurance, health and safety compliance, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication within the workplace.

• Monitoring OSHA compliance standards at job site.
• Obtained permits and building guidelines from London's building department.
• Worked on sites, installing roofs and other exterior components.
• Moved and cleared debris from work sites to dispose of in designated areas.
• Installed drywall, siding and other structural components.
• Developed strong relationships with clients, earning referrals for future business opportunities.
• Dug trenches, backfilled holes and compacted earth to prepare for new construction.

The Black Jug is known for its antiques and original Edwardian features, serving traditional and modern global dishes. While working at The Black Jug as a waiter and bartender, my key responsibilities were to ensure the guests were having an excellent dining experience by providing caring customer support. Other responsibilities included taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages, making menu recommendations, and providing guests with additional information about the restaurant.
