  • Raw material approval - All raw materials deliveries are checked accordingly against raw material quality approval process, all issues picked up and accurate information reported immediately to the Quality Supervisor/R&D. Raw materials are approved within time frame given
  • Bulk sign off and mass sheets - Ensure that All bulk processed and bulk samples are tested and the bulk sign checks are performed. Any issue picked up is reported.
  • Packed stock checks - Ensure that checks are done on packed stock daily every hour and all quality issues with stock is picked and reported immediately, no packed stock with a quality issue is picked up in trade or post a quality controller’s approval.
  • Packaging Material approval - All labels/sleeves deliveries are checked accordingly against labels/sleeves specification, issues picked up and accurate information reported immediately. Labels/sleeves is approved within time frame given. Little to no labels/sleeves issues are picked on line/during pack off. All issues picked up should follow the investigation report process.
