Summary
Although i am not as experienced as some of the other potential candidates. I do believe that my current track record does speak for itself.
During my time at Rawson where i currently reside, i worked my way to being one of the top residential sales agents in the branch and claiming rookie of the year twice in a row. I was also fortunate enough to learn hands on how to start and grow a new commerical company from scratch within a business that is already established.
From there we have managed to grow the team of originally two members to now seven agents and counting. We have also managed to take the business into the top ten commerical branches in the country.
I am also privileged to say that I have been one of two sales agents in the whole or Rawson History who has been asked to advise and sell developments as well as do personal work for both Bill Rawson and the head of Development.
I have now branching out and have started a small sub development department in the commerical and residential space. I have been able to take land or buildings and plot and plan package for developers and investors a theory that if planned correctly can see huge reward. With only three months in, i am busy signing off on different developments in Somerset West, Greenpoint and Simonstown.
I come from a professional sporting background having represented South Africa in Lifesaving and Ocean Paddling on multiple occasions and having secured a few podium victories for the country. I believe that takes hard work and commitment which is something i can bring to the table whether it be for myself or the company i represent.
I am looking to further my career and dive deep into the knowledge of property and further my career than just being a sales agent.
I believe that there is very few opportunities given to those who deserve them, I would like to show you why i should be part of that opportunity.
