- I have joined the department as an Office administration lecturer, where I was only involved in the NCV program, a new Nated course was implemented 2017, where I started to teach a subject in this program on all 3 levels; N4 – N6
- Key functions are rendering education to students that are studying towards certificates as well diplomas
- I also place the exit students, whereby I look for employers who can give them exposure in the work environment
- I contact various host employers, do arrangements telephonically, through emails as well meetings to discuss their assistance in this matter

- Farewell of students, marketing/recruiting prospective students or fundraising events

- Handled incoming and outgoing calls, making appointments, completing manager’s diary, answer and sending of emails
