My professional profile reflects my experience of over a decade creating inclusive and innovative solution for young people in the African continent.
Whether it is through designing and facilitating graduate programmes; fostering academic development for students at the business school; or creating impact driven entrepreneurship development programmes for youth in marginalised communities.
My commitment to excellence and innovation has been further acknowledged through prestigious accolades such as;
speaking at the IMF/World Bank Annual Meetings and becoming part of the IMF Youth Alumni,
being named as one of Mail & Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans in the Education category, and becoming the Fairlady Women of the Future - Rising Star. These milestones have fueled my entrepreneurial spirit and passion as an educator.
The establishment of the African Entrepreneurship Initiative (AEi) saw us pioneer impactful projects aimed at bridging the skills and knowledge divide and empowering youth graduates and entrepreneurs. We have had the pleasure of working with large organisations such as Bridgestone, Coca-Cola Bottling South Africa (CCBSA), ESKOM Pension Fund, International Monetary Fund (IMF), MultiChoice Group, PSG Wealth, Vodacom, to mention a few.
Societal progress can only be achieved through inclusive innovation that bridges the economic gaps and fosters sustainable growth in an ever evolving world.
