I am a seasoned Organizational and Leadership Development Professional with a talent for leveraging the benefits and navigating the challenges of the hybrid and remote world of work. As an example, from 2017-2020 I collaborated with a team (GIBS/Henley/Standard Bank) to create and facilitate a ground-breaking leadership development programme, winner of the international EFMD GOLD AWARD in the category, Executive Education. Senior leaders from Standard Bank described this programme as "the best leadership development programme they had ever attended."   • As a professional associate of UP's GIBS Business School, I've supported the delivery of custom and academic leadership development programmes as associate faculty: Leadership in an AI world, Adaptive Leadership, Adaptive Resilience, High Performing Teams, Personal Mastery, Coaching, Adaptive Resilience. I have coached numerous Action Learning Project teams ("these presentations are the gold standard for Action Learning", Head of Key Accounts, GIBS) and coached leaders 1:1 and in group settings towards personal and leadership development.
  • As Lead Coach for the Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration Coaching Team (amongst other programmes) I design the coaching process and mentor newly certificated coaches joining the coaching team. Students described their coaching experience as "the most developmentally impactful aspect of the PDBA".
  • I've played an integral role in launching successful programmes by coordinating tasks among team members while adhering closely to established timelines and budgets. A key example of this was the Standard Bank Strategic Leadership Programme (winner, EFMD Gold, Executive Education) and Adaptive Leadership Experience (delivered online to delegates across Africa). I collaborated on the design of the ALE, delivered learning process facilitation and taught on Adaptive Leadership, a key golden thread of the ALE.
