My current role as a property valuer focuses mainly on residential properties. This entails freehold and sectional title properties. I conduct thorough property inspections across the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town; compile detailed property valuation reports on behalf of financial institutions and private clients. I gather market research and utilise platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and various other platforms to compile my analysis.

• Assessing property values by analyzing market trends, property conditions, and comparable sales. My role entailed compiling residential property reports.

• As a property valuer mentee , the role my mentors underwent was to determine the market value of a property. We assessed various factors such as location, condition, size, and recent sales data to provide an accurate valuation

• My role as a Real Estate Agent was to connect a willing buyer with a willing seller, where I would be facilitating property transactions. My responsibilities included listing properties on the property market, conducting show houses, coordinating inspections, and guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process of their property. I assisted my manager to manager property rentals from prospective clients and this would entail freehold or sectional title properties.

• As a mentee at Fresh lifestyle Properties, I had the opportunity to be equipped with the tools and basic fundamentals of the day to day activities of a real estate agent. learnt about the deep understanding of real estate laws and regulation as well as enhancing my skills and knowledge to stay updated with industry trends and practices
