- Extract the properties that are audited & unaudited from Immovable Asset Register.
- Conduct desktop research on properties.
- Prepare GIS Sketch maps.
- Liaise with local municipalities to collate the relevant property information.
- Conduct site verifications.
- Updating Immovable Asset Register.
- Provide property information to other components.
- Identify properties for vesting in the district.
- Gather information for immovable assets due to vesting.
- Prepare vesting application.
- Identify areas where Land Audits Projects should be undertaken.
