I fully managed and executed making and setting-up an Airbase Calibration and Measurement Lab from scratch to fully operational. Value around 3 Million USD, ROI>200%, well documented.

I authored a number of training courses for aircraft technicians and pilots for weapons, navigation, communication, electrical and mechanical upgrade systems for helicopters. This included:

- Writing all related training manuals (Mi-24 Superhind, EC 635, Rooivalk (comms.), Calibration and Measurement procedures and others.

- Writing and compiling training materials, e.g. presentations, student hand-outs, test sheets, checklists etc.

- Presented courses in classroom and practicals in hangar or flightline on aircraft.

Developed cost estimates and project specifications for proposals.

I wrote and/or translated technical proposals, maintenance manuals, repair manuals, training manuals, task cards, procedures, service bulletins, service letters and other documents in English and French, translated above-said documentation from French, Russian and other languages into English.

Conducted feasibility studies for proposed projects using potential ROI and risk management.

Performed Aircraft systems testing and fault-finding on test benches.

Participated in a new UAV test bench set-up.

Since June 2020 until now I translated the full sets of technical manuals (Operator, Workshop Repair, Servicing etc.) for three different models of armoured land combat vehicles for Paramount Land Systems as a private contractor.

Routine production process control and thin film measurements on Silicon wafers after oxidation/diffusion and/or chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

Developed ways to recover interrupt process and yield improvement.

Provided assistance to production team when whenever problems occurred.

Developed documentation, worksheets, diagrams and specifications to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

Implemented new technologies with experiments and trials untill yield goals were reached.

Installed a 500 KVA backup generator for industrial repair site.

Organised repair and maintenance of heavy equipment e.g. excavators, trucks, cranes.

Managed the output of mecnanical workshops.

Process control in thin film layers deposition by magnetron or evaporation of metals.

Experiments and process set-up for new process implementation.
