ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

• Ensure that retention samples of all batches are achieved
• Verify that the online and final product conform to the quality requirement of the product specification(i.e Quality control parameter verification upstream sheet)
• Conduct verifications and work instructions and procedures(e.g start-up and checklists)
• Ensured completion of relevant identified tasks
• Conduct hourly/as per procedure metal detector and x-ray verification through confirming that the metal detector and x-ray detect the test wands holding different metals
• Submitted end of shift report.
• Monitor and record temperatures of chilling and cooling areas

Conduct product verifications

• Conduct daily housekeeping and personal hygiene checks within the department
• Conduct hygiene clearance inspection after incident/breakdown has been attended to
• Prepare and issue certificate of analysis,verifying results met specifications before product release
• Verified online and final product compliance with quality specifications
• Escalate any deviation which will affect planned output timeously
• ensure all filling of all relevant documentation is filed daily and/or updated relevant information on the online system
• Record end of shelf life analysis of retention samples
• Ensure relevant identified are completed
• Conducted regular audits of production processes, identifying improvements and maintaining product integrity
