Core Network Specialist with over 10 years engineering experience in Telecommunications. In my current role, I oversee Performance Management for Vodacom's PS Core and Data networks. Our goal is to implement systems that collect raw data, define key performance metrics, detect critical events, and provide insightful reports. This includes real-time monitoring of KPI deviations and Long-term trend analysis for strategic planning. To tackle the complexity and vast data volumes, Systems Engineering and Automation are crucial. Success relies on a deep understanding of the underlying systems and strong stakeholder relationships – ultimately, our customers rely on the accurate information we provide to inform their decisions.
