- My job responsibilities included but not limited to oversight on the following departments: finance, human resources, outsourced services, and Pharmacy. Development of internal processes and systems and its management, stakeholder relations management, training and development of staff and provision of leadership to the facility to ensure competitive advantage for the facility within the healthcare industry.
- The purpose of the job is to ensure that health services systems, processes, policies and resources are in place and aligned to meet the short term and long term demands of skills and competencies required by the company in order to remain competitive in the industry, taking full cognisance of applicable legislations and best practice principles, with the ultimate goal to manage the activities in a responsible manner.
- My responsibilities included but not limited to the following: stake holder relations management, co-ordination of all tasks for the complex, planning of all tasks for the unit, ensuring adequate human and material resources for the unit, attending to complains and adhoc meetings, ensuring statutory compliance for the unit.

I acquired many skills in labour relations matters such as grievance procedure, negotiations skills and dispute resolutions as I was involved in unionism for a considerable period of time I also attended workshops on HIV/AIDS which helped me to understand its effects in families and the labour market at large The most recent HIV/AIDS workshop which I attended was conducted by ANOVA at greenway wood in White river which was dealing with MSM (MEN having SEX with MEN) in relation to HIV spread
