• I was an assistant tutor at Vutlhari Tutoring programme for Mathematics and science. Within that short period of time I also learned to do some data capturing on the programme.

• Led and taught a class individually and also under supervision of a mentor teacher.
• During my practicals for that academic year i acquired the following skills :

-To observe a senior teaching and learning during the class.

- Payed attention to every learner

-To manage time of a certain period and move to the next class

-Work with a Team to keep smooth and controllable environment.

• Contributed to a more organized classroom setting by maintaining accurate records on student attendance, assignments, and progress reports.
• Promoted a positive learning environment by establishing clear expectations and maintaining open lines of communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Increased student engagement with dynamic lesson plans designed to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assisted students with special needs in achieving academic success through individualized instruction and personalized support strategies.
