Key achievements include;

• Lead BA in the development Graphical User Interface which automated the manual configuration required by the billing integrity team and streamlined the SOX approval process for auditing purposes. This Reduced a 60 hour on average process to a 3 hour on average process.
• Lead BA in IFRS15 project which is an accounting standard for financial reporting that tracked the revenue generated from contract with subscribers.

Key role and responsibilities include;

• Stakeholder engagement for the purpose of identifying and specifying business requirements by translating them into technical/operational solutions that meet the relevant business objectives.
• Ensuring alignment between business, product owners, data and analytics teams by documenting comprehensive functional specifications indicating the software development and configuration requirements, inclusive of workflow charts/diagrams.
• Drive the design and review of applications by creating User Acceptance Tests to highlight possible project risks and liaise with other project teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
• Performing comprehensive quality assessment of the developed solution post implementation.
• Providing day-to-day adhoc assistance to multiple clients.
• Planning, measuring and monitoring of own deliverables with an Agile mindset.

• The two year program comprised of soft skills courses with PBT and rotations across departments within the organisation to work alongside the industry's leading experts.

Key achievements

• Promoted to Specialist Business Analyst in the Operational Business intelligence department in 2018.
• Charity group projects in which we raised funds for two Cape Town charities: Streetscapes and Cancer Dojo.
