Facilitate and support workstation and line Quick Response Continuous Improvement (QRCI)& Support QRCI
Ensure the corrective action processes in R&C are operating optimally through the necessary control, training, and facilitation. Ensure defects are described correctly to facilitate resolution.
Guide containment activities.
Facilitate proper root cause analysis through using the correct tools and techniques (5 whys, fault tree analysis, Ishikawa diagram)

Set up and publish visual aids/displays – Quality alerts.
