KPA 1 - Main activities

  • Coordinates the activities of the transport department
  • Coordinate activities in IDL yard to avoid congestion
  • Ensures all Rd’s are controlled, re-loaded, and delivered as per Principal SLA’s

  • Development of staff and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks, Haulier management with regards to Dispatching and Reporting, Staff discipline, Security management to ensure no loss to IDL and Explaining company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations
