  • I currently hold the position of Executive Head of Division, taking leadership accountability for Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps) for Digital Channels. This includes the Capex and Opex budget, vendor and stakeholder management for the portfolio. As a trusted IT partner to Business, I lead a team that provides an IT enablement function which drives real time, analytically driven contextual marketing across all of our digital channels in Vodacom. We also responsible for providing customers with a good digital customer experience which impacts our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drives revenue.
