- Detailed Brief of project and understanding of clients’ project objectives
- Feasibility studies and business case to determine viability of projects
- Initiated projects and managed them from start to finish delivering on the expected results within the approved budget, timelines, and prescribed scope of work
- Development of subsidiary plans and overall project management plan to provide guidance on how to execute the project
- Prepare tender documentation which includes enquiry documents and contract documents
- Negotiating tenders and contractors’ agreements and managing contractor performance
- Manage property development (structural, civil, electrical and mechanical works) to effectively achieve completion on time, on budget and to the specified quality standards
- Chairing projects meetings, resolving conflict, and stakeholder management
- Administration of the project – professional fee calculations, invoicing
- Managing the SHEQ to ensure compliance to the set SHEQ standards and guidelines
- Managing the project budget to ensure that the intended benefits quality and the required safety, health, and environmental standards
- Ensure project performance and progress is in line with the approved performance baselines
- Ensure that all defined statutory and regulatory conditions are met by the project to ensure compliance to legislative requirements.
