Handling all internal and external cases reported to the bank, I investigate a range of fraud-related matters, including:

• Application Fraud Cases: Carefully examining documentation linked to the acquisition of African Bank products to verify their authenticity and legitimacy.
• Dispute / Impersonation Cases: Investigating incidents where client information has been used without authorization to fraudulently obtain products from African Bank.
• Scam Cases: Looking into client-reported fraud and working to recover misappropriated funds.
• Phishing Cases: Probing situations where clients have been defrauded through loans and credit cards obtained fraudulently at African Bank.
• Debit Card Cases: Investigating disputes related to unauthorized transactions on clients’ accounts.

• Collect lost data for FASSET by searching their beneficiaries on LinkedIn and Facebook, then rearrange it
• Analysis data and summarize results
• Interpret research findings and administering survey
• Record the findings on spreadsheet using Excel and Microsoft
• Conduct research interview telephonically, through emails using outlook and through

• Collecting on behalf of the municipality accounts on early stage accounts that have only missed one payment and late stage accounts that have already been handed over to the legal department which was handled directly by the municipality
• Sending out Summons to debtors who refuse to pay and they are not acknowledging the debt
• Call clients using a dial pad to clients who have Missed payments for the last 3 months to make a payment arrangement and negotiate more than the installment to recover from arrears
• Send emails using an Outlook to clients who are up to date with their payments as a reminder of the next payment date
• Sending out (sms) to all debtors who promised to pay but no payments received, to call the call center to make a new payment arrangement
• Call debtor after receiving payments to thank them and update their details if they still the same such as their residential address, bank accounts, emails and work place

• Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debt
• System used- Excalibur and tallyman
• Locating payments on tallyman as per the arrangements with the client
• Contacting debtors to enquire of their next payment date
• Providing the clients with guidance in resolving their debts
• Assisting clients on how to make an immediate payment
• Sending out detailed statements after payment for status update
