Accomplished CA(SA) Trainee Accountant at Deloitte. Prior to starting SAICA (South African Institute of chartered accountants) articles, I had the privilege to join Deloitte as an audit intern where i worked on pension fund audits and the audits of non-listed private companies. On my first year of articles I was an audit and data analytics trainee. This gave me an opportunity to obtain training and make use of applications such as PowerBI, advanced Excel, Spotlight and ACL . As an audit trainee I have had the privilege of working on listed banking, asset management and healthcare clients. My portfolio of clients include RMB, Nedbank Lesotho, Discovery, PSG Wealth and Life Healthcare Hospitals.
I have leveraged analytical and technological skills to enhance audit efficiency and support team objectives. My expertise in project management, use of the latest technologies and client interactions drove significant improvements, demonstrating a keen ability to analyze financial trends and develop strategic solutions.
