As a Linguistics 1 tutor I assist lecturers by consolidating the content taught in the lecturer with smaller groups of students after they have attended those lectures. This position is accompanied by responsibilities such as follows:
- Collaborating with students to complete homework assignments, identify lagging skills, and correct weaknesses.
- Conducting group tutoring sessions to help students engage active learning and critical thinking skills.
- Using personalized learning plans to guide students to deeper understanding of course material and learning styles.
