- Being part of the graduate program I was allocated on Technology Risk, Network Quality and Coverage department.
- I was dealing Network quality and coverage queries in terms of logging tickets, investigating network coverage issues, providing solutions and doing Escalations of more difficult and more technical queries.
- I was responsible for ticket tracking and making sure customer network problems are being solved and closed.
- I was responsible for creating projects for network equipments such as wifi routers, cell extenders and boosters and also tracking the project's progress making it these are being installed on customer premises for effective and better network coverage.
- I was the point of connection between MTN call centers, customers and MTN NQC(Network Quality and Coverage) department, 3rd Companies and technicians dealing with network problems on the ground making sure that customers received the best services and customer complaints are being solved.
- As part of the graduate program at MTN SA we were enrolled on many learning and development programs such as data literacy and Software Development learnership by SETA facilitated by Institute for Quality
