  • Retail Channel Franchises & Drug Stores – Initiated a Retail Channel to the Direct Selling Organisation. Providing Direct Selling Reps the opportunity to buy into an Retail entrepreneurial platform to further boost their profitability.
  • IBP – Integrated Business Planning Process: Strategic deployment of the new change management process to enable delivery of best results, both top and bottom lines, through the decisions of the right people in the right place at the right time
  • Country Brand Turnarounds – Programme management of the Turnaround Programme relating to reigniting and redefining the Markets Brands.
  • Spain Relocation Programme – Relocating the entire Spain Distributor Market to our Turkey Lead Market.
  • Nimbus Global System Change leadership – Migrating Servers around the Globe to new home.
  • Aurora Change Management– New Avon Digital/IT enabled management platform for Reps and Business
  • SACU/SADC Africa Expansion: Successfully led and managed the Cross Border Export Models Into African countries to provide service and product offering within these countries.(Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique)

  • Commercial and IT Platforms:
  • Retail: Omnichannel Expansion: Managed and executed the first Avon SA Retail Franchise stores in South Africa. Successfully expanded into SAs Clicks Retail Outlets and in Pre- Initiation processes with Dischem
  • New Market Entry – Africa Expansion. The end-to-end delivery of market entry into four African countries. This includes leading the IT development, Testing and Execution of support systems (logistics, invoicing, collections, orders and sales support)
  • My Avon Store – New Ecommerce Platform deployment Direct delivery to consumer. The project management of setting up a new IT platform and customer or user interface with an Agile Approach to systems upgrades and new consumer platform implementation.
  • Banking Automation – System optimisation of additional banking services for improved customer satisfaction. Project managed the IT development for real time banking.
  • Project Reach – Optimisation of customer reach through optimised distribution of project brochures. IT development with regard to the automatic billing process of brochures per representative.
  • Large Scale Consumer Reach (Recruitment Evolution) – Project managed the end-to-end delivery of consumer reach project from media strategy execution through to integration of technologies such as virtual robotic and IT systems. Programme oversight and coordination of a multi-market expansion, including regulatory requirements, aligning and co-ordinating custom system configurations to expand without the need for significant capital investment.
