• Served as employer ( Telkom) representative as Trustee Board member on Telkom Retirement and Pension fund since 2006
• Chairperson of the Telkom Retirement and Pension Fund in 2019 and 2020
• Deputy Chairperson of the Telkom Retirement and Pension Fund from 2021 to December 2024 ( rotation policy)
• Chairperson of the Investment Committee of the Telkom Retirement Fund and Pension Fund from 2011 until 2019
• Chairperson of the Management Committee of the Fund 2024
• Drove the conversion of the Telkom Retirement Fund to a standalone Umbrella Fund independent from Telkom enabling an additional 4000 employees to retire into the Fund.
