· Handle, resolve or escalate all queries related to SCCC & MTN Active such as upgrades, migrations, sim swaps, billing,
· Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines by the Dealer Interaction Centre
· Receive and action e-mail requests from dealers/consumers/ organisations for processing on MTN Active
· Assist the Billing department on ad hoc basis on queries relating to Free minutes allocation inaccuracy, Monthly subscription incorrectly charged, Tariffs, Upgrade charged incorrectly, Promo fees credits etc.
